Apply for a School Place for September 2025
Admissions
Secondary school admissions to Windsor Olympus Academy are handled by Sandwell Council.
You will be contacted directly by your local authority council to apply for a place in Year 7 and can apply online or by completing a paper application form. Your local authority will then contact you in March to inform you which school your child has been allocated to.

Sports Aptitude Places
Sport will be an important part of life at our school. 10% of our places are allocated to children who have the potential to succeed at a high level in sport. If your child demonstrates a high level of performance in physical activity and sport, you can apply for a sports aptitude place.
You need to apply for a sports aptitude place by Friday 13th September. As part of the application process, your child will have to take an assessment. You can find further information here

Appeals will be heard by an independent appeals panel administered through Sandwell Local Authority and can be lodged via completion of the following form Appeals - Sandwell Local Authority .
