Careers Programme
At Windsor Olympus Academy, our careers programme is designed to inspire and prepare students for their future pathways. Careers education is delivered through our ASPIRE sessions, held during form time with form tutors, ensuring all students receive consistent guidance and support. Beyond these sessions, students will have access to a range of opportunities throughout the year, including visits from guest speakers, workshops, and practical experiences, all aimed at helping them explore different career options and develop the skills and knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their futures.
